1. General Conditions
• Eligibility: Our services are available to all domestic pets, including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and farmed animals.
• Service Area: We operate within 1 hour of Lonedell Missouri. Services outside this area may be subject to additional charges or availability.
• Bookings: All services must be booked in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability.
• Health Requirements: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious diseases. Proof of vaccinations are required.
2. Pet Sitting
• Environment: Pets will be cared for in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Any specific requirements or routines should be communicated at the time of booking.
• Emergency Care: In an event of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately. If you are unreachable, we will seek veterinary care at the veterinary office left on Emergency Contract, or the nearest available clinic. All related costs will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
3. Dog Walking
• All dogs will be walked on a leash at all times for their safety. We require all dogs to have all tags, including rabies and name tag. In case your pet slips their lead for any reason, this will ensure there is contact information on them.
• Weather Conditions: Walks may be rescheduled in the event of extreme weather conditions. You will be notified as soon as possible if a walk needs to be rescheduled.
4. Dog Training
• Training Methods: We use positive reinforcement training techniques. Any specific behavioral issues or goals should be discussed at the initial consultation.
• Owner Involvement: For best results, owners are encouraged to participate in training sessions and follow through with training exercises at home.
5. Pet Drop-ins
• Visit Duration: Drop-in visits can be scheduled for 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 1.5 hours, depending on your pets needs and amount of pets.
• Services Provided: During drop-in visits, we will feed, water, and provide companionship for your pet, as well as clean up any waste. Additional services such as administering medication can be arranged for additional cost.
6. Custom-Made Pet Accessories
• Order Process: Orders for custom-made pet accessories can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.
• Personalization: Please provide detailed specification for any personalized items. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
7. Safety and Conduct
• Behavior: Pets must be non-aggressive and safe to handle. e reserve the right to refuse service to sny pet that poses a danger to our staff or other animals.
• Owner Responsibility: Owners must provide accurate and complete information about their pets. Any changes in health or behavior should be communicated immediately.
8. Payment and Fees
• Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and any major credit cards except American Express.
• Late Fees: Late payments may incur additional charges.
• Additional Charges: Any additional services or costs incurred during the care of your pet (e.g., emergency veterinary care, extended visits, late pick-ups, etc.) will be billed to the owner.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
• 24 Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. 24 Hour cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• Less Than 24 Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• No Show: If you fail to provide a notice and do not show up for your scheduled service, you will be charged the full service fee.
• Custom-Made Pet Accessories: Once an order for custom-made pet accessories is placed, it cannot be cancelled due to the personalized nature of the product.
10. Refunds
• Eligible Refunds: If you cancel a service within 24 hours' notice, you will receive 50% refund.
• Partial and No Refunds: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you no-show your scheduled service, you will receive a 0% refund.
• Custom-Made Pet Accessories: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made pet accessories, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error, within 7 business days after received. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
